I have been a user for multiple years. I have yet to find a software company as responsive and transparent as IntelliEvent. They have always been reasonably quick to solve any issues and adding new features. The worldwide community that they help foster through training events is second to none. Getting direct one on one time with actual developers working on the product is absolutely unheard of anywhere else. As an owner of an AVL company it is nice to have partners that want to help us succeed and give us the tools to do so.

Wev'e been using IntelliEvent for many years now, I was part of the team that selected them and helped import our data. We use it daily in our rental business, and schedule our labor through it as well. Any issues we've encountered, we've always been able to work out with their tech support. All in all it's a great system.

Horrible customer service full of nothing but empty promises. They charge new customers for customizations that they never deliver and then come to find out that other customers are already using. Could go on and on about their lack of responsiveness, caring, and commitment to their customers. Do not waste your time or your money!
