Worked with them for 6 month with high hopes, starting on 3/27/2024 until we cancelled on 9/30. We asked them to apply our deposit to October but they auto billed us for October (after we cancelled) and wanted to apply the $3970 of deposit to Nov. So now, for the campaign that has resulted in zero ROI, they are expecting us to pay another $7,940.

They could have very easily say, we apologize it did not work, sometimes, these campaigns do not work for some businesses and apply the deposit based on the agreement to October. Better yet, since we have generated 21 meetings instead of the promised 48 (they set 40 meeting, 19 of which never showed up nor rescheduled), we will stop the campaign now and part ways so you aren't sinking another $8k into something that does not work, for the work that has yet to be performed. Why would you force someone to pay for another month or two of service that is useless? To tick them off and force them to leave you a 1-star review? As a business owner, I would have terminated immediately and refund it so I don't get a 1-star review.

This company is very unorganized, and will train their employees for 2 days, via Zoom/Skype and rush them into production. They wouldn't even allow BDR's to send out their own emails, nor were we able to check our own voicemails from prospects. We were given a random number via Phoneburner (CRM) to contact the prospects to book appointments, and had to wait for management to let us know when there was a response from the prospect before follow-up.

The trainer Nicole was the Recruiter and Team Lead. And she failed as a trainer, and also failed to tell the new hires during training, that if they do not get an appointment within the first week of dialing, they will be Fired! So, after the first week, multiple new hires (including myself) was called into a zoom meeting, and was fired on the spot! She was very dismissive, Smug, and didn't give much info to why I was being terminated after 1 week of dialing. But later found out that it was indeed because of not getting an appointment during the first week of cold calling.

This company do not care about their employees, and only care about numbers! I was fired 2 weeks before Christmas, which should let you know how heartless and inconsiderate management really is.

I have been working with Insourced Leads for about 5 months now. I was sceptical about using another online sales program as the first 2 didn't work.
