Up and coming small business that had ABSOLUTELY no clue what we needed as far as billing. I was recommended this company by a friend who used them before in the past. I spoke with a young lady named Karen and she was EXCELLENT. She was very down to earth and understanding. She didn't speak to me as If I were beneath her because I wasn't familiar with everything.
