We spent months looking for the right contractor to do our kitchen counters and backsplash and so happy we went with Innovative Stone. Chad & Dave were so great to work with and patient with us as we had a ton of questions. From start to end, Chad made sure to communicate project timeline, what we needed to prepare etc. Their work ethic and integrity shows in there work, I couldn't be more happier with my kitchen. We loved their work so much that they are coming back to do more work. We vetted about 15-18 contractors since we have been burned in the past, but these guys and there crew were fantastic and would highly recommend them.

We had a great experience working with Chad and his team to install a beautiful quartz surround above our upstairs tub. This was a tricky job, and our previous contractor called it off after 5 months saying they couldn't do the cutouts for the window and niche. We found Innovative Stone through Bedrosian's where we picked out the quartz. Chad called me back right away, and throughout the process he completely transparent and thoroughly answered all my questions. I never had to wait days or weeks for a response like I did with my previous contractor. Given the high cost of quartz I was nervous about how it would turn out, but Chad was able to reassure me throughout the process, which was completed in less than 3 months. Jason came out and took measurements with a laser tool and computer software, which resulted in fantastic precision in all the cutouts . The finished quartz looks amazing, I got everything I wanted without compromise. Innovative Stone really came to our rescue, we highly recommend them for any granite, quartz or marble project.

Chad and the guys at Innovative Stone did a great job for us. Our wet bar counter is beautiful. My husband and I are remodeling our game room. We installed a wet bar and needed just a remnant piece of quartzite. Even though this was such a small job they treated it like it was just as important at a $20,000 job. I bought the remnant from Innovative Stone too, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I will be calling Chad again when we remodel the bathroom.

Recently had Innovative Stone install quarzite countertops for the kitchen and bathrooms. Chad is great to work with, very responsive. I had gotten quotes from three different companies and while the cost were about the same, Innovative Stone had the best customer service. Chad was able to recommend several places for me to visit to select the stone. He was able to offer the best contractor price for the slabs we wanted. Had a great experience with the rest of the install crew as well. Very respectful in prepping the house with carpet covering through the installation process. Would not hesitate to work with them again.

Chad & his crew did an amazing job on our Kitchen counter and island. The job was done on time but more important than the time it was done right. Our island had a very unique design for the edge, most fabricators said it could not be done due the shape of the island, Innovative made it happen. In our counters there are 2 seams that are nearly invisible, most people can only find them by feeling them. GREAT JOB, Thank you Chad and team.

Chad and everyone at Innovative Stone were awesome through the entire process. I wanted to visit the facility and pick a remnant for our bathroom remodel. It was easy, and they were really patient as I looked at many samples. The staff that came to my house were professional. We purchased a granite slab yesterday and Chad, provided friendly and superior customer service and the entire staff was extremely friendly as well! Their products and their craftsman ship are top Quality at very fair prices and we just love our new countertops! We drove up from Sacramento, with no appointment and he was extremely busy but, he stopped what he was doing to accommodate our needs! Plus, we were on a short timeframe and had an appointment to get to but, Chad and his staff stopped what they were doing, made the time for us and got our pieces cut which enabled us to make it on time! We were so thankful and so impressed by the type of service this company provided which is a very rare these days and it was so refreshing! So, if you have a new build or a remodel I would definitely go to them first because, they are a 10 star company in our book!
