wish i could get ahold of someone on the phone. i have called multiple times and even sent in an online request without hearing anything back. not sure what I'm doing wrong as i would like to do business with them, hoping i can get some light shed on this situation by leaving a review.

EDIT: i have called several times and left several messages all without a call back or any type of communication. seems the only way i can get a response is through this google review. would someone mind giving me an email address i can correspond with. i would love to change this review to a 5 star one as i feel we could work together, but first i need to be able to talk to someone.

Amazing company with great reps. We work with John Bluteau directly. He is extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell and I couldn't ask for better customer service. He is always available if we have any questions and he makes time to come down if we need anything demoed. Every time we have a new employee that needs training John is right there to answer and questions over the phone or come down to show them directly. John also goes out of his way to offer any new products that he feels might help improve our shop and productivity. With technology always changing and improving, it is great to work with knowledgeable, personal, people that help your shop keep up with the ever changing times and new equipment.
