Our family has partnered with Innovative for the last 11 years. We have done major installations of high end audio visual gear and all of the trimmings.
Most recently, Luis and Carlos performed a whole home automation retrofit. This included a new security system and installing a wired network through the entire house.
Luis and Carlos were professional, timely, respectful and highly competent. My wife and I always trusted them and felt comfortable while they were in our home.

Our total experience with Innovative was exceptional. We received a marketing letter from Ryan after we closed on our home. He listened to what we wanted to do, and made recommendations to upgrade the 12 year old system. Luis was our head job technician - he is so patient, kind, and informative. A pleasure to have in our home and work with. A couple of other folks who worked on the project who were also wonderful. Todd in the office is responsive and kept us up to date on timelines. Most importantly, Ryan and Todd were up front with schedules BEFORE we signed a contract, and let us know they were backed up and it would be about 3 months. There were no false promises or surprise costs. I can't say enough good things about this company and our experience.

We recently moved into a new house with "Smart Home" features and we were totally lost. Fortunately we came across Innovative Sight & Sound.

Ryan Canterbury and his team have truly been amazing. I'm from the old 8 track tape generation and these guys are a bunch of wizards (Good wizards). In helping us determine what we needed and understand what we had, Ryan was extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous and above all Patient.

Ryan recommended a "Control4 system" that helps make everything possible. From our remote control we can do anything from watch TV, listen to music throughout the house or select areas, operate garage doors, lock & unlock the front door, cameras for monitoring and even operate a security system for the entire house. All this can be done from our remote or from an app on our phone. Thanks to Innovative Sight & Sound we now have a house that's probably smarter than us.

And one of the most pleasant surprises was how clean the technicians were. When they were finished with any portion of their project they always left their work area spotless. What an awesome team.

Needless to say I would definitely both use and recommend Ryan and his team at "Innovative Sight & Sound" in the future.

There was a massive loss of Internet across our entire neighborhood--a critical necessity for our business. The Internet provider sent a technician who found that the Internet had been restored to our home but was blocked at our router. We called Innovated and they sent an emergency technician. He worked long and hard to see if our router could be restored. Discovering it could not, he installed a new router and waited to see if all of our network functions were fully operational. We are long time customers of Innovative. They are the absolute best in sales, service, responsiveness, courtesy and follow-up.
