We have been customers for a few years now, and they were pretty good, but to be honest, we did not need much once it was all set up. We recently re-upped our contract with them, and around that time, our front door locked up and needed a replacement part. That was two months ago, and it is still broken. We are a company with a yearly contract that we paid in advance for this year but are now having to find a new company as they refused to return phone calls, emails, or pretty much anything. It would take 2-3 phone calls with multiple emails to get so much as a "Yeah parts on order" reply from them. I even called and lost it about how crappy they were and was told my rep would be in contact.....Nothing. Called and told them we were leaving....nothing. Not sure if they are even in business anymore, but if you are looking for a new security company, go literally anywhere else.

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Make sure you read the other recent reviews that also say that they USED TO BE OK. As of 2024, do not waste your time, money or breath. Despite being a customer for years, having a malfunctioning system, a recent neighbor break-in that made our request time-sensitive, and 5 attempts in the last few weeks to get a call back or appointment (notwithstanding the office employee who hung up on me when I asked for her name). If I could give them a 0 rating, I would. Very very unprofessional.

Please note that as of the date of this post, having spoken to a technician when upgrading my system, Innovative Security and their customer base got bought by Alert360 around 2022. While I was not initially informed about the change of hands, at least Alert360 has provided great support in the transition.

PLEASE go to alert360.com if thinking of getting a home security system. Please do not visit the Innovative website or call them. Likely Innovative are out of business....

Bob and Jack took the time to sit down and review all of their products to my wife and I and how they integrate together to work as 1. They were very informative and responsive to our questions and concerns. After we agreed to a system, their techs were out in a timely manor and installed the system, showing us step by step how to operate. We are thrilled to know our home is safe and secure with a great company watching over us.

I am so glad i switched to Innovative. I was with ADT. There is no comparison between the two. Innovative cares about their customers, you are not treated like just another customer. That is what i like most about them. The personalized service is great. When i signed up with them, they took the time to explain everything thoroughly. There are no hidden fees, no games played, they are what you would want in a company. Also, they do not hit you over the head with price. The monitoring per month is very, very reasonable. Check them out, you will be happy you did.
