in 9/2022, I was one of the badly affected areas of hurricane Ian In southwest Florida. Innovative construction came out to help our town. They Put my blue tarp on, and allowed me to wait for my insurance money. They did not price gouge us, and they did exceptional work. When it was time for the roof install, They did exceptional work. Even our municipality Roof inspectors said it was outstanding. And they put me in contact with a gutter replacement company, who traveled with them to help. They also did not price gouge. They installed an excellent roof, and I greatly appreciate them!

Would not recommend- went with them for “Veteran owned” and it was a joke! No Vet I know would treat a disabled vet the way I was treated! Not to mention they failed to comply with state/county permitting. After a year and a half I am still waiting! Not just the ignorant employee’s but the owner Stephen Forte knew what was going on (he played the blame game) in all of it and still failed me.

The person I spent the most times with was Chris Salinas. he sold us the roofing. He was the manager of the job and he was unbelievably good. He answered any questions I had, and was very patient and understanding when my husband got really sick. The Company did an excellent job, putting the roof on and cleaning up after themselves. I have since had someone from solar up on my roof and was told that whoever did it did an excellent job. That Made me very happy as we are in our 80s and can’t get up there ourselves. I recommended the company to my neighbor down the street and he was very pleased also. Great Job!!!!

Innovative Roofing was wonderful to work with! From beginning to end they were professional and reliable. Stephen Forte was our contact and he was top-notch the entire process! He was always available to answer any questions we had and really went the extra mile for us getting everything approved with our insurance company. The crew replacing the roof was great! Got the job done really fast and did a great job. I absolutely recommend them if you need a roof replacement!

Stephen and his crew did excellent work on our commercial job replacing roofs on six buildings and repairing some others. They provided the most detailed free inspection report of the companies who bid on the job, performed the work on time and as expected, and sent lots of progress pictures. After they finished, I didn't see any nails or shingles on the ground. They also handled themselves professionally when working around another contractor who was onsite at the same time. We would definitely use them again.

After hurricane Ian,we were left with a leaking blue roof. We got in touch with Innovative Roofing Pros and within days they were here, removed old roof and had a new roof on. They made sure to not leave any nails or debris. We couldn't have been happier with their work and very affordable.

Failed to follow state/county building permits (FL). We have a cert of completion yet our permit is still open with county. Over extended themselves in an dire time of need and then played the blame game. NOT TRUSTWORTHY
