Awesome gym. So much equipment. Perfect for any time of work out. I love their water bars. I would say there’s nothing missing from this gym. I attend FRCms certification there and they let me work out for free before during and after the sessions. Spider works there. Super amazing guy.

I only have wonderful things to say about Corey and the whole crew at Innovative Results. The moment you get there they make you feel welcomed and fit a work out regiment designed for your specific needs. My favorite part about Innovative is the wide verity of exercises that make coming to the gym exciting and fun. The personal training sessions happen at the top of every hour so you don’t have to worry about making a class at a specific time. This makes it really easy for a working professional, like myself, to consistently work out. I have a really good time there, and work really hard. I enjoy this place a lot and I bet you will to.

Fantastic gym! Left my old gym because it was overcrowded. IR limits class size and there's plenty of room to spread out. Trainers are AWESOME. I've been trained by Vic, Q and Joaquin and they are all fantastic. They even have me up and at the 7am class Monday - Friday; which is unheard of! I'm a big fan of Innovative Results!

I can't stress enough how much Innovative Results has changed my life, this place is AMAZING!!! I never thought I'd look forward to working out but I just started my fourth month and I have no intention of stopping.

The staff is very knowledgeable and they treat everyone like family! Corey and Aaron are with you every step of the way to ensure that you are comfortable with the workout. No egos here, everyone is very encouraging and we all celebrate each others accomplishments!

My conditioning and body composition have improved dramatically and others are starting to notice which makes me feel great! I look forward to continuing to reach my goals, thanks IR!

Great gym for group personal training and fitness. Focus is always on safety and fun but goal oriented to get the results you want with a great variety of exercises, strength training, agility, flexibility and function. I've been there several times, always welcomed by the trainers and encoraged and pushed to do my best. Even when I'm out of shape or recovering from an injury, they have provided safe modifications for each exercise, suitable for any level or person. I'd highly recommend innovative results to anyone!

I've recently come back to IR in Costa Mesa. After having taken some time off (which was probably a HUGE MISTAKE) now I am back for good. The prior facility always got the job done..as its not about the place but the actual coaches and staff that help a person reach their fitness and health goals. I am an amateur boxer in the featherweight division with goals to become pro in the next 2 years. I have no doubt in my mind I will have Innovative Results in every single fight camp I have until I retire if all goes as planned. Even if I wasn't an athlete, I would come3# days a week if I could. The consistency of the program is INCREDIBLE!!! One of a kind! The work never ends here, always, and I mean always something new. The Staff is amazing, friendly and very knowledgeable in what they do. Have thorough explanations as in why you are doing what you are doing during workouts.

I was looking for something different from all the other gyms that was not only challenging, but also rewarding. Innovative Results has over exceeded my expectations. The facility is very clean and organized, I am very pleased with the highly trained and professional staff as well as their positive motivation. Here at IR, they focus on form and executing each exercise correctly. For me, this is an important key to being in the best shape injury free. Thank you IR for the awesome workouts!!!

I went in for 2 classes, and it was lots of fun! Trainers are fairly good and encouraging. I went on a Tuesday and Wednesday. Tuesday, they did an upper body-focused workout. Wednesday, they planned out a conditioning workout.

At first glance, I thought the programming was a lot like that of crossfit, which put me off, but it's really not like crossfit (if you know your limits well and choose reasonable weights). I feel like the workouts are more catered towards beginners or intermediate individuals, and offers a lot of rest time. I hadn't worked out in a year, but I am a former personal trainer and a weekend warrior climber. I found the class to be on the easier side, although I was sore the next couple of days.

The doggos there are also incredibly friendly and cute. Too bad I had an open ankle dislocation from an accident, and won't be returning. Working out here was a pleasure.
