We had 2 gentlemen do our project for us. They did an awesome job! We had squeaky floors, especially the kitchen. They put new flooring down throughout after they fixed all the squeaky floors. They also renovated our entire master bath, however, we purchased the cabinet, lights, mirrors & fixtures our selves, they installed the entire shower surround with Tyvarian with shower doors along with new flooring. So beautiful! Pictures do not do it justice. A little pricey but I have no regrets. Very pleased!

It is a welcomed thing to write this review. Nancy and I were in a desperate need for a ‘walk in shower’ for a good while now as I have some disabilities. We had a garden tub/shower combination which was very difficult for us to navigate. I had already fallen 3 times and once broke the faucet controls of the shower/tub. To say the least, this project was ‘long overdue’ at our house.
Chase Wood came to give us the estimate. He was very polite in doing so, made our decisions much easier for us with regards to the size, models, etc of the walk in shower unit. The price was far more reasonable than a former estimate I had gotten. I’d highly recommend you have Mr. Chase Wood come for an estimate.
Danny Williams was the lead carpenter/installer for our job. He was assisted by helpers Greg and Tristan. These men were excellent workers; not only were they very skilled, but were courteous in every way to Nancy and Me. They did not seem to mind when I would interrupt their work to ask questions or get clarifications regarding the job. They all were cautious or careful not to make any of the work place dirty; cleaning up often and careful with dust from the renovation. We were very thankful for these workers.
Nancy and Wally Kirby are happy to give a 5 star review to Innovative Restorations of Crossville Tennessee. Likewise, a 5 star to the crew, Danny, Greg and Tristan. Since their work’s completion, Nancy and I have given gratitude and thanksgiving to God for this project. Yes, it was seemly costly but in the long run it will be more than worth it all.
So, MANY KUDOS to you all and MANY THANKS for your work and service. May God bless you and yours. We recommend 100% this company and their excellent crew of workers.

Danny Williams and the whole team at Innovate Restorations did a beautiful job on our basement! The entire basement flooded from a burst pipe. The ceiling, and a foot up of the drywall and floorboards had to be replaced in addition to the wall where it originated. The walls started as many different colors, so painting was a challenge. You can’t see any lines on the walls or ceiling, it looks much better than before the flooding. Keep in mind while viewing pictures, the floors are going to be replaced in a different color. The basement had an unusual color scheme.

Innovative Restorations did a great job inside our house. We needed some posts removed and they came up with an "Innovative" and quick way to fix our problem. From the beginning, they were very proactive keeping us informed of the timeline. The workers were polite and respectful. When a slight problem arose, they went out of their way to find a solution. Innovative baths came and updated my bathroom so it would be safe for my mother with mobility issues. They beat a competitor 4000 on their quote, came when they said they were going to, and finished in the time frame that they said they would. They cleaned everything afterwards. Very professional. I highly recommend Dave and Tristin Ruybalid. Working with them was a great experience.

Innovative Restorations did a remodel of our shower. Chris and Kevin were extremely courteous and thoughtful. I believe they went above and beyond to repair and fix items left from the original builder before installing the new shower. The job turned out better than we expected.
