We were forced to use them for our insurance claim as that’s who our roofing company contracted with. I also contracted with them to have the siding on our house replaced to make sure everything was updated. I have paid Tim 7 months ago, and was told the items were ordered and in and should be installed within a few weeks… the few weeks never happened. I was told that there was a family emergency and he needed to focus on that. Which I understand and explained, as long as I have a date of when we can expect the siding to be installed, we will be ok - I have yet to hear back. Tim has stopped returning my phone calls, text messages, emails. I am out almost 2k dollars and no material even dropped off. The job should have only taken a day and a half to complete and here we are 7 months later, nothing….

While the work they did was good, their business practices are not. They have not paid the company that supplied the steel siding for our restoration and that is almost a year and a half ago. He has repeatedly said he would pay the supplier but has not paid them fully. Beware .

Tim and his team handled our house restoration project after an oak tree fell on our roof. Tim guided us through the process with the insurance company and all repairs. He was very honest, and the most responsive contractor I've come across. The work they did was outstanding quality! I highly recommend this company.
