My appointment with Karie Fedorick, PA-C, at Innovative Primary Care was excellent. This was my third visit with her. Each consultation has been beneficial in my steps toward improving my health and addressing any physical sickness. Not only is she knowledgeable about medical diagnosis and treatment, but is conscientious in providing effective care without overtreatment. Karie evaluates holistically using modes of health options like hormonal and vitamin balance, immune health, and other areas. The office staff has always been pleasant and professional.

Aside from the fact that my first appointment took 2 hours the place was great. I had to go to the front desk to ask why it was taking so long to be seen, given the fact that I had arrived 30 minutes prior to fill out paperwork, turns out the front desk had "misplaced" my paperwork. Unacceptable to wait that long. I was impressed with the fact that I got a call back once they got my blood work back. Other places I had gone to never did that. I will give this place the benefit of the doubt and try them again in the future. The NP I saw, Ciji was great!

I cannot explain how grateful I am to have found this practice. I was dealing with sever medical issues that weren't being address (for almost an entire year) and once I started seeing Alli and Ciji they promptly took care of all of my issues. They listen, take time, and truly hear me. I could never be more grateful for this practice. highly recommend for anyone looking for a caring practice.

Ali Settles is amazing. I absolutely hate going to the doctor and my anxiety can get very high especially if a provider is mean or scary. Ali makes me feel so comfortable and she’s so gentle and walks you through what is happening. You can tell she really cares for people. I usually am not one to request a certain provider but I would love to stick with her whenever I go to Innovative Primary Care.

WOW! What an amazing experience! Greeted when I walked in! Place is clean and bright. Front desk gal is kind and efficient. I got called back quickly. The young man that brought me back was very sweet as we went through my paperwork. Ciji was awesome! I was able to go over everything I needed to with her and it was a new patient appointment so she got me set up for all the things I needed done since I hadn’t been to the doctor in too many years! My labs were taken and others are scheduled! Already saw results on the portal! I am very pleased! Thank you so much!!!

My first impression as a new patient was not great, ultimately I was left in the waiting room for an hour after my scheduled appointment time due to complete lack of communication between staff and myself. I was very patient and attentive to fill out paperwork 25 minutes before my appointment. 30 minutes AFTER my appointment time I was informed I didn’t fill out a sheet on my paperwork (my mistake), took me 2 minutes to fill out and turned it back in right away. 25 minutes go by, now 45 minutes after my appointment and no explanation. I approached the front desk out of frustration and loss of patience and was asked “ what time was your appointment? I thought you had been taken back, sorry there was a mishap, we can take you back now”… I work in the medical field, I 100% understand that appointments can take a turn and the unexpected can push back your next patient, however, it was the lack of communication that frustrated me the most. The neglect of a new patient or any patient truly waiting to be seen and disrespect of my time. I kindly shared my frustrations, no acknowledgment from a manger. The front desk gal apologized but the lack of awareness that I had been sitting in the lobby for close to 1.5hours from when I arrived is unprofessional. I wanted to like this place, other reviews have said great things but my first impression was very off putting

Tried to get a prescription authorized so as to get it refilled. The pharmacy reached out several times. Unbeknownst to me that there’s a policy that they won’t authorize if one hasn’t been seen by a provider in six months. No one in the office called to let me know. So I call to find out what the issue is and I’m finally told. It has been seven months since I’d been seen. Reluctantly I set up an appointment, go, and am assured my script will be phoned in. Two days later it’s still not been received by the pharmacy. The script isn’t for any serious condition, but it certainly doesn’t hurt to have serious motion sickness at bay when flying. I’m super disappointed in the lack of communication and inaction.

I've been going to see Dr Karie almost a year now! I really adore her! She takes the time and puts herself on a personal level and not a doctor level to get one-on-one with you to know what's going on so she can help accordingly!
