Imagine paying more than half your mortgage for a property that isn't managed whatsoever. I've seen everything from the Lakes turn green due to lack of maintenance, our parking spots were painted in which the numbers faded in less than a year. That grass everywhere. Lampposts being without lights even though they claim they spent 6k on new electrical wiring. Talked to the actual maintenance guy and he confirmed it's the original 40 year old wiring.
Oh and if you want office staff to talk down to you and to go into long drawn out explanations as to why they didn't do something, then this is the property management company for you!

Oh and my personal favorite, getting threatened to be sued just because you stated you will take your complaints to the BBB.

To begin with, they're not even BBB accredited.
