* After posting this review the company called a relative of mine who’s their customer at a different location, to discuss my issue and chastise me for leaving this review.
I was having issues with subpar service and the company didn’t reach out to contact me about the issue. I canceled service as prices had gone up and a new payment was about to be due. Someone from the company emailed me rudely to tell me the issue was being addressed and I didn’t allow time for them to act. How am I supposed to know my issues are being addressed if no one from the company reaches out to me? Rude employee and I do not recommend these services. Overpriced, sub par work plus property damage are the services you’ll be paying for.

Innovative Landscaping Services has serviced us for about 4 years, and we have been very happy with the service they provide. They come on their schedules day and leave the yard nicely trimmed and manicured. If we have any landscape issues that need attention, they are easy to get ahold of and make the necessary repairs as requested. The owners are friendly and pricing is competitive! We would recommend them!

Every time Innovative Landscaping comes to do the yard work, I am overwhelmed by how nice the front and back yards look. This guy is looney. Stood me up for 2 appointments and then said he would call the next day. He hung up when I checked on him and said he did not know what I was talking about.
