Worst company ever. I have booked infant care for my twins through bright horizon and this company confirmed all my reservation with some fake names for caregivers that shows they have more than 10 years of infant care experience. Couple hours before starting time they called and said they had to replace that caregiver and new person showed up an hour late and she did not have any childcare experience at all! We had to cancel our plan, stay at home to take care of babies and this caregiver! Next day, same thing they called an hour before starting time told us they had to replace the caregiver and this time sending two different caregivers to my house, and they will be late! This is not acceptable at all! We had to cancel the whole reservation. They should be banned from operating; they have nothing to do with childcare!

Awful company, had the company confirm the time I needed childcare to then be called the evening before the confirmed day to say they weren’t fully available for the time I requested. WHY CONFIRM MY REQUEST THEN? Called to tell me they assumed they could change the time I requested? Then told me over the phone “oh well we’re offering this time instead” worst company ever!!! Unprofessional!!! NOTE TO COMPANY If you’re not available to provide childcare for the time requested by the parent don’t confirm and say you can, then call 12 hrs before the requested shift to say you can’t.

Worst company. They should be banned from operating. I have booked care for my kids through bright horizon. They never follow up and confirm on the reservations. When you talk to the management, the owner is bit rude too. Surprise how they are in business . No wonder why they have 1.5 star Google reviews.

Care giver very friendly. Problem is office and billing. Charge us a dollar amount than sent invoice for insurance of a lesser amount. So we would get reimbursed less than what we paid. Told Jacqueline but no comment. Also would not get all invoices. Had to request them.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Cindy called me to schedule day/time of service. She never asked about the specific services needed or my dad's condition (red flag). I asked if she would like me to divulge those specifics, and after a yes, told her my dad had a stroke about 10 years ago and is paralyzed on his total right side. He needs help with lifting him in and out of his bed/wheelchair, personal hygiene, diaper changes, feeding, light physical therapy, and light household chores. She did explain that the company doesn't provide physical therapy, which I suspected and am fine with. An assigned caregiver came out last Monday, but said she did not realize my dad was paralyzed, and cannot provide the extensive help he needs due to her pregnancy. After my mom relayed that information to me, I called the company and spoke with the OWNER, NITA, who told me her company does not provide any heavy lifting. I complained to her that I was not informed of that during my initial phone conversation, and that the caregiver still was unable to continue her assignment because she was unaware of my dad's condition. It was a total waste of my time as well as the caregiver's. The owner got defensive and hung up on me! I called back to ask what happened and she replied "we were disconnected" (Yeah, right!). I continued my complaints and NITA HUNG UP ON ME A SECOND TIME! (I guess we got disconnected again) As a company providing services for people in need, they really lack empathy, understanding, and customer service. They also lack good communication skills, failing to give me the correct information, as well as informing caregivers of the customers condition. Just think twice before investing your hard earned money to Innovative Healthcare!!

Caregiver didn't show up. And the person on the phone told me that I needed to calm down and not be upset because things happen. No phone call, no follow up. And when I asked for her name she told me she didn't want to talk to me and hung up. DO NOT DO IT

Don't do it. I should have screened applicants from a "help wanted" ad on my own. They sent two different Unvaccinated caregivers. They charged me for two people one day so they could train a newbie on our dime. They cancelled several times and changed schedules, It was a baffling experience. RUN

Sheesh I was interested in this company but their defensive and accusatory response to an upset customer totally turned me off. I would think they would have professionally taken that offline. Seems to me their unprofessional angry response is a telltale sign of their service. No thanks
