We have had the worst experience with this company. We recently opened a new business in Lakeland, FL and chose this company based on our conversations with one of their reps. Almost 60K later and this company refuses to stand behind the equipment they sold.

One of our brand new commercial freezers malfunctioned within 30 days of receiving it. We lost all of our inventory. There was no recourse as the warranty wouldn't cover it, we were forced to eat the cost after being told by a rep "we'll see what we can do."

Our commercial microwaves were next. They did send replacement microwaves, which still don't work as they should, one has gone out completely. My microwave at home works better.

Next, our prep fridge. We have now had it serviced 5 times due to massive leaking. Then the ovens....It literally feels like we are just waiting for the next thing to stop working.

To put this in perspective, we opened our doors the last week of February this year. There is no way that all of our equipment should be failing this early.

A rep came out to the store to check equipment placement, which was fine and stated that the microwaves are just not good quality and they would replace them with another brand. We have not heard from this company since and it has been well over a month, probably closer to 2 months.

Disappointed is an understatement. Equipment failures impact business and we had faith in a company that essentially wanted to just take our money and be done with us. It is sad that this company does not stand behind the products they choose to sell.

We are in the process of opening another location and had this company done the right thing, we would have gone with them again. Unfortunately that is not even an option for us anymore.
