This is my new favorite auto repair?. I walked in, not knowing what to expect except for the reviews on Google so fingers crossed I chose this shop. It was absolutely the best decision ever made. I am so pleased. I felt so welcome. The guys were so knowledgeable and had my car fixed less than an hour, and they still had to get the part first. they were reasonably priced and honest. Thank you guys for the great service and kindness.

These guys were amazing! We are from out of town and had a major oil leak so we had to get in fast. Other places had long waits but these guys got us in within 2 minutes! They were fast and affordable. Highly recommend!

It’s rare to find an auto repair shop like this one. Fast, responsive as well as fair and accurate pricing up front. Had struts replaced on my car and it was so nice to not have to go to the nearest dealer in Vegas. My car is still in warranty for most things except for the wear and tear parts like my struts. The dealership would have been more than double the price and I haven’t been impressed at all with their service center. Highly recommend this shop!

Wish i could give five stars. The guys were very nice and accommodating since i was traveling. They replaced my thermostats on my 2009 gmc. Half way between Wingman and Williams I had to pull over to add coolant. I found forward bolt under oil service tube bracket very loose. I tighten and top off coolant and made it in to williams.

Making my way from Tucson, AZ to Northern Nevada the fuel pump in my Tahoe went out, leaving me and my camp trailer broke down just outside of Kingman, I was able to get it into the guys at Innovative Auto and despite it being 3 hours ‘til close on a Friday afternoon, they went above and beyond to get me fixed up and back on the road… I can’t say enough how impressed I am with these guys, they are the real deal. I was dreading being stuck until Monday like the other shops told me before finding Innovative. If you’re ever in Kingman and find yourself in need of auto repair, I can’t say enough good things about these gentlemen!

What a great group of guys. True professionals w/ excellent customer service, (a lost art in modern America). I have business cards and will be spreading the good word to everyone.
I'm a USAF veteran and these people are all patriots. I spent $1100 and actually enjoyed myself, mechanics talk and state of our nation. Take care of these guys, they are great representatives of your business and country.
