Do not take any equipment or service from Michael or his company. Do not sign any contracts with Michael Lee. He doesn't tell you intentionally all the hidden prices for separate services or items in the contract that can go for 60 months. We asked him so many times to help us to fix his mistake in a nice way and he rejected it. Today, he responded to me in a very rude and unprofessional way that he won't be helping us with his mistake in his contract. He promises but never does it. He would refer you back to Xerox company to deal with it. He is not truthful in email communication with Xerox comany when you complain about him. He also doesn't really serve you when he comes to fix something as a part of his services that he charges you for.
