I highly recommend Innovate. I spent 4 months coming here for a broken wrist. Dominic worked closely with my doctor to provide highly personalized therapy.

Dominic and his team were incredible during my recovery from a labrum tear and rotator cuff repair. He patiently answered all my (many, many) questions and concerns, helped me feel at ease, and adjusted my program as I progressed. This place has very good availability and service. Jayson is the physical therapist I see here and he’s amazing. He always takes his time to help me and provide amazing one on one care. I came in for ankle rehabilitation and ever since working with him, I’ve felt tremendous relief and have gained lots of strength!

I found this center at the recommendation of a fellow physician colleague, and I couldn't have been more grateful. After sustaining a severe DRUJ (distal radial ulnar joint) injury in a high impact car accident, I was casted and pinned for 8 weeks. By the time I was ready for physical therapy, I had no clue what to expect or what my outcome would be. Dominque was my main therapist and absolutely wonderful. Our first few sessions I was in denial at how severe my injury was. He was always positive and encouraging and pushed me beyond what I thought my limits were. When you're looking for a therapist, you need someone who will push your boundaries and that's exactly what he did. I spent 10 months coming to Innovate, 3x a week, sometimes for sessions as long as 2 hours at a time. We did ultrasound therapy, cupping, manual therapy, etc. Dominque made me numerous custom splints to help with supination, wrist extension, and finger flexion. They had so many therapies I had never known or heard about. I worked with Dominque, Sally, Vi, and Pam and would recommend any one of them in a heart beat. After so many months, they were friends and family. Because of them, I am able to function and use my dominant hand again. I'm able to care for myself and my 2 toddlers. I owe them so much and will forever be appreciative to them for all they did.

I love this boutique physical therapy style . I don’t prefer to go to the big box hospital nothing wrong with them professionally i just didn’t feel like a number here. The staff is amazing and i felt like they really cared about my recovery. Dom is the man for shoulders - I had a rotator cuff, slap and tennis elbow injuries he listened and pushed me when he needed. Tell him Lisa said he needs a swag bag.

After my first shoulder surgery for a torn labrum, I was skeptical about physical therapy, especially after past disappointing experiences. But after a year and two surgeries, I couldn’t be happier with my progress thanks to Innovate Physical Therapy. Jayson was an amazing physical therapist—he listened to my concerns, addressed my struggles, and always made sure to help me make the most progress possible. I went into PT very scared after my first surgery ever. My surgeon raved about Dominic and I am so thankful he sent me to him! He is the most thorough, thoughtful and empathetic person when it comes to sorting through your pain and healing! There is no other office or physical therapist I would suggest! My injuries severity was pretty big, I was told getting back closer to 100% may not be practical and Dominic really helped me and gave me the plan to use at home to get my elbow back! Thank you Dominic i will be forever grateful for you and your office!
