As a customer of Inksoft for over 11 years disappointing is not the correct term. Nor is a 1 star rating. I was promised a rate when I started and was told that I would be locked in at that rate. Along with other "great" things they had in the works. Needless to say those great things never panned out and my locked in rate didn't last. Not only did the rate double the customer service gone from one of the best to absolutely HORRIBLE. I used to back this company but the last 5 years or so they have gone down hill and continue to at a fast pace. I would not spend the time or money with these guys. For something that could be so great to so many has become the biggest headache ever.

Be prepared to be extremely frustrated. The training is mediocre at best. When I tried to ask a question during training the trainer just kept talking and it made the learning process a lot harder. Getting in touch with them is a pain. Most of time I had to leave a message and no one would return my calls. Now I am trying to cancel my account and they are making me jump through hoops. The person that answers the phone said she couldn't cancel my account and that it has to be someone else. But you can't speak with that department. Its like they all work on commission and they keep making excuses that my account representative is not available. You would think that they would you to talk to a different representative. But that's not the case. Then you need to fill out some stupid cancelation form. I did that twice since the 1st time they said that I didn't do it. I did and even had a screen shot of it. All I know is if they charge my card this month I will be doing a FRAUD charge and Visa will handle this for me. Do yourself a huge favor and find a different company to deal with. Oh 1 more thing. If you want to code your website and make it actually look professional it's $199 more a month on top of the $399 monthly fee.

Been with then since 2008. my online business was never booming. i paid $2000 upfront and 199 a month. and they raised to 299 without any notice and for the new customer no upfront fee. talk to them and there answer was no to 199 plan. even paying 2000 upfront charges back in 2008. in all these years my online business was less than 4000. so think of that. they do not care about the customer.

We used for many many years. Stopped when they doubled the price with almost no notification and broke all our sites by "upgrading" to something they liked better. In the end, years of work down the drain. We have moved to teesom - and now we wish we did years ago. It is night and day better. Good luck to those who try InkSoft; we don't recommend it (and we have more experience with their software than almost anyone).

After years of using Stripe to process credit cards with InkSoft, suddenly I'm required to change to their hand picked payment processor called "Payrix". I can't use Stripe anymore which is a bummer because I use Stripe with other aspects of my business so now my A/R is more complicated. To rub salt on the wound, I immediately faced a problem with a corporate ePayables dedicated credit card number after switching to their payment processor. I can't run this corporate card because there is no first and last name associated with it. INKSOFT, PLEASE LET ME USE STRIPE AGAIN!!! I can't believe InkSoft is doing this to their customers.

Fantastic E-Commerce software with endless customizable choices! Currently, in my business, I use InkSoft primarily for their online store capabilities, and I love it! Simple to understand and such an easy way to explore making unique and one-of-a-kind storefronts. Would recommend InkSoft time and time again-- just great software!

Billed my account 8 times in 2 days. Finally admitting they have a problem. Never reached out to me now saying it probably went to spam. Now I have to wait for almost a week for$1000 to be put back in my account.
