I am totally disappointed with IRSL Academy, and feel cheated. I enrolled in Infotech Academy's Cyber Security Risk Program with the promise of a comprehensive education in SAP Cyber Security & GRC and a guaranteed job placement within/after 90 days of completing the program.
Regrettably, my experience has been anything but satisfactory, and I believe the school has engaged in fraudulent practices that warrant investigation. Here are some of the complaints I filed with Texas State Attorney General Office:

1. Deficient Educational Framework and Negligent Support: Infotech Academy's Cyber Security Risk Program, advertised as comprehensive, failed to meet expectations. The online Learning Management System (LMS) lacked structure, offering a disorganized library of videos and PDFs without systematic learning methods. Additionally, the program lacked timely instructional support, leaving students without essential guidance. The support team's inefficiency resulted in delayed and insufficient responses. Communication from the team lacked professionalism, including unclear instructions. In summary, the program failed to deliver on its commitment of a well-structured learning experience, hindering students' educational value.
2. Loan Program Misrepresentation: The school enrolled students in a loan program with Meritas, loaning each student between $5,500 - $13,000. The loan was represented as an investment in our education, with the assurance that employment would be secured within 90 days. Unfortunately, this has not materialized, leaving students indebted with looming repayment obligations.
3. Deceptive Financial Practices: Numerous students, myself included, paid an initial sign-up cost ranging from $500 to $3,000. These fees were presented as necessary for program enrollment but were not reflective of the inadequate educational experience provided.
4. False Job Placement Assurance: Infotech Academy assured students of job placement within 90 days of completing the program. Despite my successful completion, the school failed to fulfill this commitment, leaving students without the promised employment opportunities.

The school has not only failed to deliver on its promises but has also left a group of students burdened with financial obligations and devoid of the educational and employment benefits we were led to expect.
