IPS was great to work with! They were super fast getting the design back to me and took instructions very well. They were also very speedy in getting the embroidery and printing done for many, many items. When I went to pick up, their staff didn't hesitate to help me load everything in my car-above and beyond! Great experience, I highly recommend. Walked in for a few projects and was immediately greeted by Mary. She was super friendly and very helpful. The ladies that helped me were great. I wanted some names put on 6 pouches for gifts. Originally I wanted embroidery, but they showed me how small the embroidered names would have been. They showed me some other options. I ended up doing some type of a heat press. The 6 pouches came out fantastic. I had no timetable, but the pouches were completed and ready for pickup in less than 2 days. And the cost was very reasonable. I should have taken pictures of the pouches and posted, but I already gift wrapped them and packaged them for shipping. I will definitely use IPS again.
