We have worked with multiple EMC / LED / Marquee sign software vendors and Impact is one of the best! We can always get a hold of support when we need them, and that is vital when we are in the field trying to get the customers sign up and running. Patrick is always following up. Excellent customer service! Keep up the great work! I do not have enough kind words for the support we receive! I just wish everyone had the level of support that Impact has! Mike and his team are outstanding for quality and service. We use Impact LED Signs for our Electronic Message Center sales and are happy to offer their product and services to our clients. Update: 09/24 Gem was wonderful! She taught me so much in how to add things to the playlists, how to schedule things and so much more. This is going to make my job so much easier & worry free! I am so glad that your company offers this training. Thank you!! I really wasn't too confident that I was going to "get it" as I am not tech savvy at all. She was very patient with me as I kept interrupting asking things and she was very encouraging as I was trying to do it myself and walked me through until I "got it".
