From the first communication to set up an appointment ( which was done quickly) right through to picking up laptop when he was through, it was a pleasure to deal with Brad. He quickly diagnosed my issues, offered insight and options and took care of everything within 24 hrs. all at a reasonable price in my opinion. Will be using his services again and highly recommended to others in need of repair or just some extra knowledge. So much better than having to travel to an Apple Store!! Thank you Brad!
