The installation went fine other than the technician left before finding out that I couldn't get online. I called support and Daniel was very patient with me and we ended up getting things working. after over an hour and half on the phone. I now have extra equipment here at the house that needs to be returned. After re-installing my network which took an additional 2 hours things are running speedy like I envisioned. Overall I am satisfied with the service wish installation was smoother. The service is real smooth and what beats everything is it that it is faster, never needs rebooting and it costs 200 dollars less than competing internet services that constantly need rebooting and speed that is constantly throttled back.

After being with Cox for over 20 years, it was a little bit scary to switch. So, I called Ideatek and spoke to a couple of people over the phone who explained everything from service packages to billing. We knew that making the switch was the right thing to do, as we don't watch hardly any television anymore. Once we switched we were so glad we did. We love our new Ideatek internet! We opted for the lowest plan, and we still have signal in areas of our yard where we never had it before. Plus, it's faster than what we had before with Cox. It also costs nearly $150.00 less per month! That's what I call a grand slam! The service technician, Bret D., did an outstanding job wuth our install, too. He was very respectful and professional. He answered all our questions, helped us get started, and made sure the signal was strong everywhere we wanted it. Thank you, Brett and Ideatek.

Enrique Morales did a great job with the installation. He came over 2 hours early and was done by 1:30. He let me choose where to install the first wire and explained how the modem worked. He even helped with installing the router I bought. Overall, great job.
