I've been going to Mammoth Lakes' Horizons 4 for decades. Since I started going, prices where pretty descent and my experience was good. The front desk manager was nice, humble, sincere, and actually greeted you with a smile. Very down to earth staff. Then corporate came in and took over the place. Now it seems that prices have gone up and the cleanliness isn't there like before. I was very disappointed to find that greed took over. I'd rather live in a small town with charm than a city with rudeness and this is what Horizons 4 has become, a city with rudeness. Since it's gone corporate, I have not returned. I'd rather stay in a camping area.

I have been staying at Horizons 4 for almost 15 years, and my wife's family has been for almost three decades. There is something for everyone within their price range. Many have been remodeled in recent years. I have very little to complain about when staying here. And for the price, I don't think I can complain at all. Close to everything, easy to get to. The grounds are very well kept as well.

This place has a lot of pro's if they make SOME VERY needed important adjustments.1 update! update!update! room's stayed in many room's here but everything is old. Has tons of potential GREAT location, prices are good, shuttle's are across location, walking distance TO DOWN town. Services need help in the details please.

I was recently a guest at this complex, and went to use the spa/pool facilities when I was met with the manager a few min later, he demanded to know if I was actually staying at this complex, and what my condo number was. I assured him I was, but was so surprised by the insanely rude manner of how he was demanding answers that I spaced on the number, I described where it was located, (I had a pool key, and house key to where I was staying but it also had no # on it). He treated me like I was stealing from him and bullied me out of the pool area. I will not be going back until it is under different management.

Very disappointed with the condo. We spent almost $1000 for 3 nights and the place was not clean. The first night my son dropped his pacifier behind the bed and after picking it up from the carpet I had to throw it away because it was so dirty. They didn’t dust all the way and cobwebs I even took pictures. Very disappointed!

Bad wifi. A signal always lost. Room is not clean. Kitchen utensils are old and dirty include plates spoons forks glasses etc. My room have rats at least 2. A lot of dust in room that made I feel allergic. If you have a room on first floor and above you room have people living you will be have step noise all time even in midnight and have a water noise that flow pass your room you will think that is a low noise but no you can wake up in a night if someone use bathroom above your room. And most housekeeping in this resort always use spainish and they can't understand engliht they will talk in spainish when I said I can't understand spainish please speak english they upset and act bad make loud noise with they equipment. If I come to this town I will not live in this resorts again.
