The technician, Jerry, promptly identified the problem with my computer and got it rebooted. He noted a large jumble of wires behind and under my computer table and asked my permission to organize and bind them. They are now well identified and neatly organized so that the work area is uncluttered. I inquired about the lack of wi-fi signal strength at the opposite end of the house from the router's location and after performing a signal strength test he was able to offer a suggestion which improved iPhone wi-fi service in the master bedroom. My wife and I were pleased with Jerry's service and that Mrs. Graham was able to have a technician respond on relatively short notice. Chuck Hicks
