Customer service is garbage!!! I called. Daniel sent my email for information. I sent it 4/3/2025!! He NEVER sent my screws. Never responded. I still have no screws!!! I am taking this dot back to Sportsman’s warehouse. Do not expect Holosun to care about your needs regarding their products. I have 6 more firearms I was going to dot. Not with this trashy company. I only got it because a friend let me shoot his piece and I liked it. God knows my very special piece for comp is laying there unusable!!! Buyer be ware!! Thanks for nothing, Daniel Sosa. I waited and called back even. Nothing!!! You’ve single-handedly destroyed my trust in this company.

I have purchased several optics and wanted to give Holosun a try, Holosun may have good optics but their customer service is nothing short of dreadful. They push to email (which they do not read), and then give you a run around to honor their product. I received a broken optic (emitter was malfunctioning) out of the box and was encouraged by the dealer to contact Holosun directly. Mr. Le was the contact and he was simply unhelpful. He was more interested in his work flow than solving the issue at hand. I'll go back to the dealer and have them handle the issue. There are plenty reputable optic companies to deal with, choose others.....avoid Holosun.

If you’re ever wondering if you should choose Holoson over Trijicon or Vortex. Answer should always be vortex & trijicon.

Reason being is because they’ll actually stand behind their products. Trijicon is combat tested and proven. And Vortex warranty’s are no questions asked.

First range trip. Not even 25 rounds through it. Falls once. And they don’t warranty glass. Holoson is definitely not combat grade.

I don't understand the negative reviews here. My experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Outstanding products with a first class warranty. I recently damaged my red dot while changing the battery (100% my fault). I requested an RMA via email to get it repaired which was the only option. Within 2 days I received a pre-paid label, and within two weeks the issue had been resolved in a way that exceeded my expectations. It's true that there is very limited phone support but that turned out to be a complete non-issue. Highly recommend!

I own a small manufacturing company so I understand how important customer service is. I have 2 EPS Carry optics for EDC, one for my wife and one for myself. The first issue I had I sent an email and didn't receive a response in over a week, so I called and got the part I needed fairly quickly after multiple attempts to get someone on the phone.

Now one of the units has died and I sent them an email with their required information, including a picture of the unit with it's serial number. After 2 days of no response I called them and they promised to get an RMA to me the next day. Today, after not receiving an RMA, I called again and I was told that they would send an RMA form. I already sent them the information that they needed, why do I need to then fill out a form. On the form it states that they may take up to 30 days to get a replacement out to me?

I had an optic for my competition weapon get broken, damage not warranty. I sent it into C-More, the manufacturer, and they had it repaired and sent back to me within 2 weeks. They were nothing but helpful on the phone and the charge was more than reasonable, this was damage not a warranty issue. I wish that C-more or another reputable company would come out with a micro enclosed optic that provides good customer service.

I've dropped the ball with my customers from time to time. I apologize and bend over backwards to take care of what they need. I don't make excuses about how busy I am and make it harder for the customer. I'll run this optic until I can find a reasonable replacement from a company that cares about customer service, then the Holosun's will be in the dust bin. It should not take multiple emails, phone calls, and unlimited excuses of being too busy to take care of customers.
