We really appreciate Bob Lanteigne expertise, insight and aesthetics with regards to our Kitchen remodel. From the initial contact through the end of the installation phase, the Hive personnel were fantastic. This type of customer service is very rare these days. The install staff were especially helpful and very professional. Nate & Dillon both took the time to explain each step of the install as well as asking for our input on specific placement of all the components. They were always friendly and really seemed to enjoy their work and who they worked for. If the rest of the project goes as well as this phase, I’ll truly be able to recommend Hive as an outstanding company to hire for your AV needs.

We asked Hive back to hardwire our WiFi so that we can hook our pool app. Scott hooked us up and we're so happy.

I highly recommend HIVE for all of your home AV, sound systems, cameras and more! They are super efficient, and they are always so helpful and will spend as much time as needed to explain what they are doing in a way that anyone can understand. As a project manager, I truly appreciate the great customer service and true care that they all have for their customers. It makes my job a lot easier!! Christian spent a good amount of time explaining the process, our options, and handling any concerns we had. The entire staff are amazing and super friendly.
Christian went above and beyond in finding solutions to things that would normally stop the project. He handled it all with a smile! We love HIVE and the owners are so pleased with everything!!
