We had a great experience with Higdon heating and air! Everyone was professional and easy to work with. Jake from the service department was super helpful and honest, as was Lee, and the crews who installed our new HVAC system were excellent! We had Brandon Brewer, Jason P, Phillip A, Gabe A, and Chandler D, and I’m so grateful for their expertise and efficiency in getting the job done! Great people to work with. The lady that answered the phone, Liz, was great from the beginning, she got someone right out and was very sweet and polite. Gunner , the technician that came out, was also great and answered all my questions. They got the problem taken care of. I would definitely recommend them.

Best of the best is an accurate description for Hidgon Service. Beyond impressed by both their plumbing and HVAC work.
They are transparent, thorough, and don’t try to upsell. All of the technicians that have came out for services have been amazing - Jake, Gunner, and Brandon. 11/10 on all accounts. If you’re looking for plumbing, hvac, dryer vent cleaning, etc. i suggest calling this company every time.

Ben was very pleasant to work with. He was very knowledgeable on what he was doing. He said that the shower and is working perfectly now. It's ready to use.He did have to snake the drain as well. He also recommended some other services that I could use in the future. Believe me I say that I will be using Higdon Services again. Thanks Ben! Ben came out yesterday 4/1/25 and did some more work for me on my pipes. He took out the old rusty ones in put in pvc pipes which are way better. He is always sure to making the customer happy. I was having real bad muscle Spasms yesterday and he told me to rest and that he has everything under control. Oh, by the way, I forgot to show.the email to get get my $20 off since was my second time using Higdon Services. Thank you so much!

Brandon and Gabe were on time, worked hard and constantly, with a short lunch break. They were very likeable, efficient, and pleasant. I appreciaye that they cleaned up their work areas. They were very well versed in the the HVAC workings and answered all of our questions clearly. And, finally thank you for the excellent service. I would gladly recommend your service.

All the guys that installed my unit were very polite an knowledgeable.They done a great job an cleaned up after everything they done. I am very happy with my new unit . They all worked very hard an never even took lunch break . I hope yall give them a very nice lunch one day they deserve it for there hard work an dedication for your company.
