Strict for Appointment not for time- day only. So don’t come day early. My appointment was at 9:30am they took me 7:20am . Park on street and chk in. Two Receiving Docks around back Gravel yard very fast delivery. I brought Chem-Totes. Got empty in 1 hr.

The lady is at the shipping office. She is very disrespectful lady and the world and she is not talking normally they are loading very slow as I my experience. This is the bad company in United States. They cannot control the shipping guy only. They are pushing the driver. I know whatever she wants she can hold you. She is very stupid.

I want to share my experience with this customer.
Actually I had very good experience with professional and polite shipper,his name is Francisco.He is really hard working person and even i spent about 4 h here i so how he was loading all the trucks by himself, so I can't blame him for delay.
He was sorry about that and offered little Christmas gift(that was a surprise for me)
Thank you guys,and Merry Christmas!
All of us have some rough days and let's go forward in New Year with positive thoughts and prayers!

The lady work in shipping receiving office got a very bad attitude ….very disrespectful lady…requesting to management to plz take care of that lady … such a unprofessional employee

Only one dock and one person to unload in the backside of the building. The same guy is unloading regular trucks and flatbed. Park on the street and then check in. Don't pull in the yard. Superslow unloading. Will not recommend the place. Won't recommend this place for delivery. Don't know about shipping department.

Tried to call to make an appointment around 2pm the day before I arrived, no one answered the phone and no one returned my message. I had a drop and hook so I don't know why I needed an appointment anyway. Arrived at 5pm and was told they were closed and I'd have to come back tomorrow around 7:30-8 am. No signs with hours anywhere. I came back between 7:30-8 am. The shipping/receiving lady refused to help me because it wasn't 9:30! Again no signs with operation hours anywhere! When I asked about my trailer, she barked, "So and so knows, so you should." I told her that I wasn't informed of that which is why I called yesterday and left a message for a call back. "Not my problem. It's not 9:30, leave."
From multiple previous posts that I have read here, Lady if you hate truck drivers this bad, why do you work in a position where you have to deal with them? If you are too annoyed by people in general, find a job where you don't have to deal with the public.
I came back in at 9:00, my wife on the phone with me (Bluetooth headset) so she could verify about this lady. The manager, Brian, actually stopped me, bringing out my paperwork and I told him about the reviews and my experience and he said he is aware of the problem and he's working on a solution for the problem. He let me know where to put my trailer so I can hook up to the other one and leave. Great guy!
The rest of the staff was pretty cool and helpful. Nice to chat with while I was waiting.
