In 2017, one of the cpas left out one of our sources of income, so we were penalized for under reporting of income, as well as dinged with interest. Obviously we owed taxes, which we paid, but the office made no offer of covering the interest or penalties. Maybe this is normal practice? However, since it was their mistake, you would think they would have taken care of those. The back and forth with the IRS is still ongoing, and I am extremely disappointed with this company that we went to for probably the last ten years. We won’t be going back!
