While everyone knows that Harbor Freight is not top of the line tools, I will say this about them. They are practical, inexpensive, and worth the money. I recently got the adjustable 11' aluminum ladder for my birthday. This is very cool. Very light (about 20 lbs), and takes up very little room. I love this place.

Huge shout out to the staff and especially the Manager Josh, they maintain a clean and nicely stocked store and every employee has always been friendly. Josh made an impression on me, in my situation, in which I'll spare the specifis, and he made it right quickly and painlessly. Thank you all and I'll continue to return.

Good store. Clean and easy to get around store with a cart. Usually have plenty of people to help answer any questions and take you to the parts you're looking for. I've come across some pretty good deals in the clearance section in the past. Not so much lately. The place is pretty well set up with a pretty good selection of products.

This Harbor Freight is easy to locate no matter what part of Crescent City you're in. It's only a few months old so it's fairly organized and has a wide variety of products on hand. The staff was helpful and friendly. They have a lot of great deals if you're smart about what you purchase there!

Good deals on tools, great return policy, great associates! I'm not a big fan of the simi new membership program but I love that I no longer have to stand in line while a bunch of trolls that are there only for the free items waste everyone's time!

This is one of the bigger stores I've been to witch was nice. They have most of the inventory you can find online so you don't have to deal with long lead time with shipping. Store was very clean, staff was nice but not over bearing.
