We have used the services of Happy Service for two meetings in Rome last week which included program books and banners. The quality of the printed materials were great with no further comments. The service throughout was customer friendly and we are happy we decided to work with Happy Service to take care of our printed materials.

To be completely transparent, there was one mistake with the additional 75x program books we ordered (next to the 150x previously) as the inner pages were flipped so it was basically upside down. However, we reached out and within a few hours they fixed it for us just in time for the next meeting day when we actually needed it. Very helpful during a stressful time.

We experienced it as an honest mistake, it's a human error which they made up for more than needed. Happy service were very friendly to offer us to get rid of the banners free of charge as we cannot bring it back home by plane and the venue would not provide us the opportunity to throw it away through their services.

Does exactly what it advertises. It prints anything you need. Such as vouchers etc. Most tours in Rome will not accept vouchers on your phones or tablets. This is an easy solution to print. 1€ for 10 pages. Very friendly staff. Quick service!
