I called and ask if they can help make some posters for bird rescue volunteer organizations all they cared about was their money they said $75 an hour it was just for a couple of posters to set up outside at places to try to get donations to rescue birds I'm sure it wouldn't take too much to do an hour or two a little bit of ink and time to to help!

Terrible. Slow as molasses. Multiple screw-ups on last order (total $404). When I asked them by phone about my order, they responded "too bad; you approved the proofs." Somewhat true; but not the whole story. They made mistakes on two of three parts of the order. And they would make no adjustments whatever. I've dealt with them several times over the past 10 years and was satisfied before; but not anymore.; currently, and my opinion based on experience, but not good people to deal with.
