Good strategic plan template. Very good instructions. Overall very complete. There were a few things i think might have been better explained (for example SWOT- SW are internal issues with the company, and is internal looking; OT are external forces. These are alluded to, but could be better defined - took me years of strategic planning to realize the difference). Your website is flawed. After purchase, another window opens and says do not leave- your purchase is not complete. You play a video for your marketing research, but after it runs there are no buttons to select, and it just sits there. I refreshed it several times hoping that it would show up and nothing. Finally i went to email and found the order had gone through. So first your web page was untrue, and second, even if i wanted to purchase the marketing plan it would not allow me to.

I have just opened the download and am excited to get started with it. I love that there is a lot of detail and direction provided and that the document is an "insert to complete" style of preparation. It saves a lot of time at the development stage and decision-makers who use templates like these know what to expect and where it is located. Thanks

I am not sure where to start. First, after signing up for the business plan package and expected to start my business plan, my time was wasted with free advertising on their other services; I they give you know way to opt out of the free advertising videos.

Secondly, I got a confirmation email with a Access Code and no link to start my business.

Worst of all, there is no live person available to take your call, so you have to contact support via email which take about 24 hours to response.

I am definitely canceling this order - waste of my time.

Video kept me sufficiently interested to watch through to the end. Convinced me to order template and two other items included. Can't comment on them until I actually use and review them. Not thrilled to have been offered numerous additional products to purchase that I had to decline before my order for the template could be processed. Likewise, being offered a further discount - which I of course took advantage of - after agreeing to purchase at the original "discounted" price came across as a crass sales tactic.

I'm the leader of a non profit thrift store. I don't have access to good advice about growing this business. Yet, I must find a new site for the store soon in a very tight real estate situation. Growth is important or we will have to close. I'm hoping this program strengthens my understanding of what needs to get done. Also hope it will provide training ideas for my Board and staff.

Wow, just received the template and excited to get started on my business plan. It looks simple to work with and very customizable for my business. I needed it for trucking company and will be back to update on how the business partners or financers receive it.

Growthink is a scam!! After purchasing a simple business template for a non-profit organization, I was immediately sent to a video that was upselling me product that cost $397 and then it continued. I said "no thanks" to everything, it seemed like it went on and on like an affiliate marketing product. After receiving a confusing business plan, that looked like my business was up running for years, it gave me instructions on how fill it out in an old windows 8 format. Windows 8 no longer exits or comes with any new laptops. THIS IS A SCAM! I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
