Everyone in the office was so pleasant. I had messed up my appointment time and the were so gracious. Told me to come on in. Dr Cantrell was very professional and personable. Highly recommend.

The entire office staff at Greene Vision in Yates Center are the BEST!! I recommend Dr. Cantrell and her staff to all of my friends who are looking for a new Eye Doctor. Excellent service from the moment you walk in the door. I have had to have follow ups for contacts and they are always very helpful and accommodating. A five star rating is not enough!!
I need to update…after 3 months of a new prescription I was struggling with my distant vision and very frustrated. I called the Yates Center office and they were able to see me that day! They took care of my issues and were very understanding about the 3 month delay in contacting them. They once again provided me with the BEST service. In my opinion, Dr. Cantrell goes above and beyond in her job. I stand by my recommendation that 5 stars is not enough!

Dr. Cantrell takes her time to visit with you and thoroughly discuss your issues. She explained my eye tests, why they did them and the results. We then had a conversation on next steps and to be preventative. I did not feel rushed and left with answers. I would recommend her and her friendly staff for your eye needs.

Dr. Cantrell is knowledgeable, the staff is helpful and friendly, and we receive quality care; however, we are extremely distressed at the Eyecare Corporation’s decision to only provide us with a doctor one day a week and to limit the number of days of service in the Yates Center office. They do not seem to be at all interested in taking care of patients in small communities.

Dr. Cantrell is the best eye doctor I’ve ever been to! She listens and explains every detail in a way that is easy to understand. She is also fantastic with my children who are 4 and 10. My 4 year old wears corrective lenses, and dealing with a small child who needs glasses requires a lot of patience and magic to get them to cooperate, but Dr. Betty works her magic every time and makes him feel comfortable! Go see Dr. Cantrell!
