After eleven and a half years of being a loyal Graves customer and paying our bills promptly, we called on Graves to service my niece's home after her moving up here from Texas. We asked if her home could be serviced and filled and were told "yes". I explained the need was so she could cook and bathe - have hot water. That was on a Wednesday. Called back Thursday and was told the delivery man was busy with the local school. No one showed up by closing on Friday. Funny how quickly he shows up, usually within hours, to refill the tank for us, but can't make a courtesy or service call. We haven't even received a call back to tell us when he MIGHT be able to come out though we were left with the impression he would come by the day following our initial call. We WILL be switching to another company who isn't quite so prejudiced against anyone from out of this area! How embarassing it is to have told my niece not to worry, that the local gas company would "take care of them!" Maybe locals don't like to bathe or even cook very often, but most people would like to be able to do these routine things! Graves doesn't seem to value it's "small" customers at all or care about helping anyone moving into this area get service started!
