Nicole at Graphic Impact was amazing!! She was helpful, friendly, and responsive to the needs of the RU High School Band Boosters. They worked with us on price and they were quick to get a beautiful product out to us. Definitely will use them again in the future. Highly recommend them for all your produxt printing needs.

This was my first experience using Graphic Print as well as my first acrylic print. Overall I'm happy with the quality of the print and finished product. My order was completed within a couple work days as agreed upon. Unfortunately I had to return the following day and have mount holes drilled, and that work was completed within a couple hours. Something I should have ask about when placing the order.

This shop was not able to hem pockets on a banner, what I thought would be a typical job for a print shop, especially one this size turned out otherwise. I contacted 3 other shops including Speedpro, Fast Signs, and Speedway Signs and 3 other shops are able to handle this simple job, ultimately went with Speedway Signs that was able to complete the job by next day! Avoid this place if you value your time lol!

On of the many shops that have moved to direct to film printing instead of sticking with quality. I called them asking for direct to garment printing. They convinced me to try dtf printing even though I told them I hate the way the art feels like a giant sticker. They assured me it’s lightweight and airy. When I got the test shirt the quality of the image was terrible, printer lines across the art, and it felt like a big sticker. This is a company that will sell you what they want to sell you instead of listening to what you are asking for.

We went to Graphic Impact to salvage a pull-up display that was essentially broken. First of all, they were kind enough to extract the banner at no cost. We then hired them to install the banner into a new pull-up display. We placed the order on a Friday morning and the new display was ready for pick-up by Monday afternoon -- that's a great turnaround time!

The new display is well-made, easy to use, and comes with a carrying case, also. Overall, this is a job well done and we will definitely be utilizing their services in the future.

In addition, the customer service team was very helpful. They are friendly, helpful, and can answer pretty much any display question you can throw at them.

I cannot recommend Graphic Impact enough! I recently got a white Ford Explorer painted and had multiple decals added there. Graphic Impact far exceeded our expectations! The team was very communicable around the clock and friendly! Will definitely return for more business in the future.
