Stayed for a week. The condo was perfect for the amount of people we had. The condo was A little outdated but we were not there for condo but the areas activities. The staff was amazing. Kept us updated at all times on how to get lures and were to go. Will definitely call them on our next trip. Very easy to communicate with.

We stayed at Aspen Creek. Location is within walking distance of eagle Lodge. The room was nice and clean, kitchen is well stocked. There was no wifi in our room. You have to bring your own Ethernet cable to plug in to your laptop. The stay was pleasant but the booking process was not. There were several different fees stacked on top of the daily room rate. Those were not made clear until i had entered my credit card info. I felt a little sour after seeing the total price. Check out time is 10AM. A bit too early for the tired folks who spent all days riding on the slopes.

I'll start off by saying that I never complain in general and have never posted on a review board in my life but felt compelled to after my recent stay with this agency.

We arrived at a cabin initially with no wifi after clearly being promised it in the rental contract. After three hours of back and forth we finally were accommodated a new cabin. After moving all our ski stuff to a new cabin and settled in late, we turned on the heater to discover a new horrendous smell of a rotting rat carcass which permeated every inch of the cabin. We removed the rat, cleaned, bleached and tried to suck it up overnight with every window open in the freezing cold. By 7 am the smell and cold were unbearable and packed all our stuff and went to the manager 's office. Michelle, the manager, very rudely implied we were just trying to get a free night out of this and sent a maintenance guy to check out the place who quickly returned and said the "smell wasn't that bad." At this point we personally had to drive one of the rental agents up to the condo who literally couldn't stay in the unit for more than 2minutes without gagging and promptly evacuating immediately.

After wasting an entire day of back and forth and one day loss of prepaid ski rentals and lifts they finally agreed to change to a different condo.

In summary DO NOT STAY OR RENT WITH THIS AGENCY. They are rude and incompetent and refuse to accommodate or fix any problem. Save yourself the headache and book with a different agency.

Used Grand Welcome for the first time for a week in Mammoth Lakes in late July 2019.||||I emailed and called to verify that Snowcreek 566 had a pool and all the amenities that was listed on their website. Both times, per email and over the phone I was told everything listed was at Snowcreek. When we showed up, there was no pool on the property. I even asked the maintenance people and front desk people about and they said there is no pool just a jacuzzi.||||I called Grand Welcome in Mammoth and Torrance and was told they would look into it. They didn't call back so I contacted again and asked about the pool access we paid for or some type of reimbursement but was told sorry, there is nothing they can do.||||There was a note on the table of 2 TVs not working. The main living room and second bedroom TVs did not work. I called Grand Welcome again and was told they had called the cable company and a technician would arrive before our 5 day stay was over. This was never resolved.||||ALL this occurred on the first day of our 5 day stay. I go on vacation to relax and not worry about things. I spent almost every day on the phone and emailing about these issues. I would not call that a vacation.||||Communication was horrible as I was the only one trying to fix this and get what I paid for. Grand Welcome did not make any effort to rectify any of this and to this day, Grand Welcome has not apologized or even offered some type of compensation.

If there's snow (ha ha) and ice (ouch) you'll have a time getting access to this unit. It's up a grade which makes it very interesting on ice. Local maintenance clears snow, but ice removal is non-existent. Plus you are going to have a hard time finding this unit in the dark (any time after 5:00 P.M.?) The included map looks like it was drawn by a fourth grader. Even the "Emergency Assistant" operator couldn't find the unit! Took us 2 hours from 12M to 2 A.M. to find it. This resort management company was not very sympathetic. All they offered was $100 off a future stay. Don't know if it had an expiration date since we rejected their offer. $100 won't even cover a cleaning fee. They couldn't even muster up $8 reimbursement for ice melt! The unit itself is older and baths and bedrooms need a facelift. This was our first trip to Mammoth and although the area is beautiful, it's a pricey weekend for the type of accommodations we had. But, the place is busy enough so I guess Big Business doesn't care.

We live in Santa Barbara, but hold season's passes in Mammoth so we go up often and love Grand Mammoth Resorts of Grand Welcome! We always have a great experience, they make it very easy to check in and out, even after hours, the houses are clean and close to the shuttle. Carlos, the manager is so friendly and professional. We will continue to book units with you guys over and over again! Many of their units are pet friendly. We love you!

We booked a condo through VRBO for four nights. The next day we realized we needed to shorten our trip by one day at the tail end from May 30 to May 29. We also never got a confirmation email from GMR. I emailed them asking for the confirmation of our stay and to ask if we could shorten our reservation without penalty. I never got a response. I then called them to make the same 2 requests. The lady on the phone told me we could shorten our reservation by a day without a problem and that she would send an email that afternoon. I never got it. When I showed up for our reservation I again confirmed with them if we indeed could shorten our stay and they said it was all taken care of and gave us access to our condo (we still never got a confirmation e-mail). Upon leaving (a day earlier than originally planned but supposedly changed by the company) I called the office to check if we were all set to leave and she told me yes. When we got home, we noticed that we were indeed charged in full, including the day we supposedly asked to be removed. When I called the office, the women told me she had no record of a change, any phone call, email and she could not help me. She told me to contact VRBO as they were the ones that would have had to make the reservation change. However when I called theVRBO they informed that they had no access to GMR reservation system and they never change reservations after they're made. I have since called GMR 5 more times in an effort to resolve this with their manager but somehow he is always gone and has never returned a single phone call. I have left messages with the receptionist as well as voice mails. In addition to this, I had to call them from a blocked number otherwise they would not answer my calls. ||DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANOTHER PENNY!

We were at the Grand Sierra for 3 days of meetings and 4 nights. Staff and accommodations were excellent with very positive remarks by all attendees. Catering and Conference Center rooms and staff exceeded expectations. Every detail was taken care of and the service was quiet and efficient. Front Desk staff Kayla and Monica were, professional, friendly and fun. ||Very much recommend this property for business and pleasure.
