This place treated me like less than a dog as a driver attempting to picking up their patients. I have become friends with a number of the people that live there and come to find out they treat their patients horribly.
I also brought this up with their supervisor about how this employee berated me, and she treated me awful as well.

Update: Still experiencing a number of problems with this organization. If I could leave a “0 Star” review, I would.

I will not share personal details about my review publicly, but until there is accountability for how my loved one’s care has been handled and trust is restored I will not give a better rating. Google asked for my opinion and I am hoping for the opportunity to change my review in the future.

This company broke my heart, really. Love the idea but it is run so poorly. Not mention the lack of a living wage. My personal experience is this; I was in a great house with great people.. then the day services began and it turned into a place where noone wanted to be.... throw a puzzle in front of them and make sure they dont hurt anyone. It was too much of a mixture of low functioning and medium to high functioning consumers. So I was transferred to a house where I was
Told one thing at transfer and told another after. Including hours and amount if pay which was 10 dollars an hour. Wow, 10 dollars an hour, really. I was promised a bed room because I was sleeping there. I show up and there's no bed and a room used as storage. Then I'm not given any information about the consumers before I arrive and find out one is violent. They have already told me I can bring my 4 pound dog. Now why would I take my 4 pound dog to a home of someone that is violent? Just zero information and a real lack of respect for the people that actually do the ground work. Sad really.

Not sure why it's asking for this review but here goes nothing. Your supposed to have care plans in some home don't trust training the only thing you need from training is CPR, everything else is in your face and it's nothing like training. the people an consumer are what make this place but the CEO down to HR, they do not care about anyone but the money some consumers are allowed to harm staff and other consumers and nothing happens to them, just documented. This place makes you do CNA work, the day service is'nt really anything you just sit in a room doing noting. The live-in staff are over worked and cant handle there own family life so they come up with was to get out of work HR will denied every request off even if it 6 weeks in advance. There is so much going on with this place they are under staff big time. the only thing I would say is make sure you cover everything you do take picture. Do fall into the drama at work make sure if you need time off give it 6 weeks are more, and document it.. And if you love helping people and making friends this is the place if you are an CNA you could probably teach us that not CNA how its done correctly, I am an Medical Assistant and i''ve doing CNA work. also make sure you t-log.

This is just CLO pretending they aren’t a hellscape of a terrible company. They treat their clients okay but treat staff like GARBAGE. The highest turnover the world has ever seen.
