I could never get this product to work. It spin up and just kept making a clicking sound. This was my second one the first one did the same thing. I tried to install it on 3 differnt pc's none of the would find it in disk management. Oh yea I bought this off Amazon the cost $42.66 on their website it like $28 bucks so if you want it it's better to order direct from them and they offer free shipping.

Ordered 2 -3tb HDD. Received 2 HGST HDD. Both physically were in perfect condition, and SMART showed 0 issues. With. a 3yr warranty, I highly recommend GoHardDrive Inc. Very good pricing and product.

So far, so good. It is sleek- and cool-looking. It was very easy to hook up and use. I like the one-off switch. I'll be using it exclusively as a backup, so it will be off most of the time.

bought a 12 TB hard drive, it lasted 5 months. tried to call no answer?
This company only does email correspondents does not answer the phone. They did replace the hard drive with very fast shipping, and good EMAIL contact. I updated to the three stars from one and would have given them a 4 star if I had a quick contact phone number.

Literally just plugged it into wall and into my ps5 console and didn't have to trouble shoot it automatically recognized the ps5 and auto synced all I had to do was move my ps4 and ps5 files over I can still play my ps4 games even when stored the ps5 games can be stored but not played unless you copy them back to your ps5 internal hard drive. Definitely worth buying
