Great advise! GLP worked around my schedule to do an inspection when I was going to be out at the ranch. Donald communicated his expected arrival time and was a very knowledgeable and straightforward professional. He took the time to explain what he was measuring and how the readings aligned with the standards. Ultimately, the foundation opinion letter recommendation was to fix the drainage around the house so no repair was needed! Thanks for being honest and not scaring me into an unnecessary repair!

GLP team took time to discuss my foundation problem on the phone and then drove all way up to Mineral Wells area to see our leaning storage building/house to provide evaluation of need and estimate for us. I was phoned and provided a very honest assessment of my situation and options/solutions for our family to consider. Even though he knew our budget was not enough for our situation and we would probably need to tear down our old building, GLP team said they didnt want us risking our safety without their input and knowledge so we could make an informed decision about our structure. I really appreciated the 'free-estimate' but even more appreciate the honest and 'real-world' feedback about what we needed and options we have. GLP did a Slab inspection for me on a house I was looking at buying. It had some indications of settling. The previous homeowners stated they had work done but could not find the paperwork. I felt we needed to get a fresh opinion on the condition of the home's slab. I called GLP and they came out did the inspection. I had a report within 24 hours. The most impressive thing is that they said everything was good and did not try and fix anything that did not need to be fixed. Very friendly and knowledgeable people.

We decided summer 2022 was the year to finally get our foundation repaired. Our search for a foundation company started in the spring and by mid-summer, we had already contacted five different companies but had signed no contract. One company gave us an estimate and then never returned our calls, some others were booked up, and the rest didn't show up when they were supposed to. Just trying to get this project started was incredibly frustrating. Fortunately, a friend of a friend referred GLP to us and we finally started making progress. Jason was straightforward, confident, and told us we could count on him. He and his crew delivered on that promise! A few weeks later, on exactly the day we scheduled, his crew literally went to work within five minutes of arriving at my house. I don't know much about what it takes to repair pier and beams but my impression is that everything was done exceptionally well and my house is probably the most level its been since the 50s. The best part, however, is Jason has the heart of a teacher. He explained everything they were doing, why things happened the way they did, and what we can do to take better care of our foundation. That's the kind of consumer experience I love having and if it takes going through a few bad weeds to find it, then I guess it's worth it. Thank you GLP!

GLP foundation is awesome! I called last minute for a check on foundation for a FHA loan and His crew was where I needed them in 1hr and a letter of confirmation a few hours later. They have worked for one of my clients after we closed on home and my clients and I were so pleased!

Imagine this, move into a new “older” home have custom shelving built and after only a few weeks of being in the house the new shelving starts splitting because it is attached to the wall for safety. I asked for a referral of foundation repair companies and was told GLP was the company to call. That was the best call I’ve ever made! A technician came out to look at the house and found we indeed had foundation issues. He explained the process and what to expect and made himself available for any questions. Fast forward to 1-26-21. GLP guys arrived early this morning started the process of digging to get under the foundation that was about 8:30am it is now 2:39pm they are finishing up the area and getting ready to leave. Jason walked me through the process and kept me updated all day. No need to look for another company for foundation problems. We will certainly call if we need him again and happily refer him to anyone who asks who we used.
