If NASA, Comic-Con, and a Lan party had a baby it would be GigaParts.

I walked in for a graphics card and walked out with a 3D printer, a telescope, and the irrational confidence that I could drive in F1 because I sat in a sim racing rig for 10 minutes.

The place is basically nerd Valhalla. You don't stop here you ascend. Rows of gleaming components whisper sweet binary nothing's to you while the telescopes remind you that your browsing history can be seen from outer space.

The staff are great too. Knowledgeable, friendly, and probably capable of building a warp drive and most likely have the parts on hand to do it.

Pro tip: Set a budget before you go in. Then ignore it completely because oh look, they're having a filament sale!

Was very pleased with the Variety of items. It was a "Radio Shack" on Steroids... They had ham gear, gold mining, metal detection, Astronomy/telescopes, computers, gaming chairs and desk, electronic kits for beginners, 3d printing and supplies, wooden kits for young ones and even a snack bar if your family member needed an area to rest or wait for you at. The prices on some items where high. But the ability to go and pick them up..

purchased an open box LDG AT-200ProII tuner on line. It was DOA. Would not tune to anything. Called about warranty/replacement and was told that there was NO warranty on "open box" items. Could not return it as I had ordered it on 2/4 and although I did not receive it until 2/14 that it was past the 7 day return limit.
So far I'm only out a little over $300.00 but the warning to others is certainly worth it. I SUGGEST STAYING AWAY FROM THESE FOLKS

2/21 UPDATE:
Recv'd phone call from GigaParts and also from LDG. LDG rep agrees that the tuner is in fact defective as it could not find a match for a dummy load or any antenna. Item has been returned and received by GigaParts. Informed that the tuner must go through the returns processing and that I may be contacted on 2/24 as to what action will be taken.
At this time I do not know if there will be a refund, repair, or replacement ? Honestly have not been informed.

3/1 UPDATE:
I received a NEW replacement Tuner without having to make any calls as both GigaParts and LDG contacted me once each and stood behind the product.
Fast to take care of the issue and friendly . . . . .

Received my corrected order last week. Thank you Sue for resolving the problem. I really appreciate your help 🙂

I ordered a Fujifilm X100VI from their website on 10/18/2024 and received it on 01/21/2025. I completely understand the delay.

However, the issue is that I ordered it in silver color, but they sent me a black one, which is unacceptable. Now, I’m still waiting for the correct order, with no idea how many months it will take because they couldn’t provide an estimate.

This will be my first and last time ordering from them.

I really enjoy even going to the website for gigaparts . They offer so many items of interest to me . I have always received my items on time and packaged safely . Customer service makes me feel like more than a number …besides my call sign . Lol ! My POTA mast is an excellent piece of equipment . They offer very good prices and make me feel special .
