I've purchased appliances from Gifford's two separate times and have been very pleased both times. Their customer service is excellent (thanks Chris!), and their delivery and installation guys are friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job. They're the only company I use for my appliances. Would highly reccomend Giffords for appliance needs! Bought a washer and dryer, and within an hour had them delivered, and installed. Also took the old ones to dispose for us!! Highly affordable! Absolutely will be using them for any other appliance needs!

Don’t buy here and don’t get their warranty. It will take weeks before they can repair or look at anything. Been through the process multiple times with them. Not worth it. Buy from someone else.

Excellent service! We had a washer problem, and it was Saturday and the tech Colton came within a few hours and fixed our washer. Gifford's always delivers excellent service in a timely manner. I will be using them again in the future to buy my future appliances.

Our 3 year old dishwasher died. Gifford had a replacement in stock and delivered the next day. The installers found that a wooden board, which they had with them, was needed to be glued to the granite counter top. They did that and scheduled to return the next day because the glue needed to cure over night. They returned the following day, finished the installation, and took the old unusable dishwasher away.

The young men were nice, friendly, efficient, and professional about their work. We are very satisfied customers!!

This new dishwasher, purchased at another store far away, works ever so much better than the original one!! Maybe it was broken from the start.

My only regret is that I didn't ask them to leave the packing box for our grandchildren to play with. They get as much fun from boxes, especially BIG boxes, as they do with expensive toys! It might have been turned into a playhouse or tunnel or something. Maybe I'll be quicker next time.

Tony and Victor did and absolute awesome job of installing our fridge. They were very patient in taking whatever doors needed to be taken off, to do the install correctly without damage. Very friendly! And nice! Thank y’all.
