Overall I'm a satisfied customer of Getida. I'm still figuring out how this work - the platform is not as straight forward as it could be in term of what is being done to help get me $ from Amazon. I see a large number (over $6K) in "potential recovery" but there's no explanation of what's behind this number, and I'm not seeing any cases that could recover nearly that much.

I've been using Getida for about 6 months now, and I'm so glad I did. They've helped me recover an abnormal amount of reimbursements, and their customer service is top-notch.

Getitda is the best! The set up process was seamless and very little work was required of me to obtain the recovery payment for lost items from Amazon. I am a small seller and did not even realize that I had lost over $10,000 in inventory over the course of two years. Getida Is like magic. Amazon is so bad at communicating directly with sellers and they take care of all that even getting easy reimbursements and tracking when inventory is being moved and not available. I’m very impressed and we have probably close to 6 figures in reimbursements because of them.

Getida does an excellent job tracing all the lost inventory in Amazon and recovering our money. They recover $10,500 last year for us. The only thing I do not like is the hefty 25% fee they take for doing it.
