I have never experienced a more incompetent system used by a government agency as the AZ PUA portal, which is particularly saying something considering it was created by this private business rather than by the government itself, which is astounding. I have no idea how this business even got the contract to provide the portal for us. It’s consistently had issues since before it was even accessible and that hasn’t stopped for months since it originally opened. Geographic Solutions’ poor system is ruining lives and forcing people to take unnecessary risks to be able to make ends meet during a global pandemic.
