This guy did a bait and switch. I clearly outlined what was needed on a laptop keyboard replacement on a phone call. I get to his home. I don't want to work on this, I may break it..Then retracts and what was quoted from him - $100 turned into $200.. My take is this - I have worked on laptops keyboard replacements..only one hour labor is all that is needed. I even supplied the new keyboard for him. Not what you want to hear from a self proclaimed expert in the computer repair business!

Update I had two companies give me quotes for $100. I chose the one in Snowflake. You wanted to charge me double the fair amount. Seems you have a chip on your shoulder. Anyone reading this review can look at this receipt and see:

I asked the tech that worked on my laptop: Did you have to replace the heat sink? - He said no - that wasn't required. It's embedded on the board.

Geek expert said it would be required..

By the way this guy in Snowflake fixed over the weekend..LAPTOP keyboard works great!

FYI - I give many wonderful Amazon reviews. Just haven't on Google. Don't waste time or money on the Geek EXPERT!

Justin is Awesome!! My hard drive crashed and he fixed it in a day, updated my operating system, did all the setup and put up with all my questions and helped get everything loaded and running the way i wanted, even into the weekend. He also miraculously was able to retrieve a lot of the data i lost, which was SOOOOO appreciated, and i felt his prices were extremely fair. He bends over backward to help and has a great system to deal with early drop-offs etc. I will never use anyone else again. He's the Man. Thank you Justin!!!

I've used the services of numerous other computer techs in the area over the past 28 years and no one even comes close to the service, ability, follow through and knowledge that Justin has and displayed! I own a business that requires a network with multiple workstations that all interact and see/access the same data. Justin is awesome. I had many issues and he got everything fixed. He’s the go to guy for computer, tablet or phone problems including cleaning your computer of malware and giving you many helpful tips on how to protect yourself from hackers. He’s VERY knowledgeable. He knows his business. I will continue to use him even though I live in the Phoenix area. We can phone or video chat.

Justin is amazing! My sons computer processor and motherboard were surged and his computer wouldn’t turn on. We took it to Best Buy’s Geek Squad, when we got the computer back, it was over heating (which it never did before), after days of being on the phone with Geek Squad, they could not provide a resolution. We took it to Justin and he diagnosed it was a faulty processor that Best Buy sold me. Justin worked with me through the process and even upgraded the motherboard and processor.
