I've been going to this establishment for 14 years and other than minor issues I've never had a real issue. Until my last visit. I went in to buy a controller for my ps5 and knowing how I've got burnt on used things in the past I decided to buy new. I denied the 16 dollar 1 year warranty because of how expensive the controller already was , plus if it was defected I could just bring it in and exchange it or so I thought! Got home unboxed it and quickly felt how defaulted the controller was. I boxed it back up and waited the next day to take it back since they were already closed for the day! Took it back the next day with receipt and the sales associate told me he didnt see or feel anything wrong with it and since I bought it new I couldn't exchange it (store policy), but if I had bought it used they're wouldn't be an issue. Said he'd gladly give me 42 dollars store credit. Whaaaat? Mind you i just bought it less than 24 hours. I said nope and emailed gamestop. This was they're reply. Not driving 45 minutes out of my way. So they got me for the last time. Been using gamestop for 25 years not anymore!

I love that place , their very nice about things and will not sugar coat nothing about no games or anything for a return , somebody got rude with them the other day and they was still very professional about their jobs I love em.

I'm hoping this store stays open. I've noticed staffing issues lately and while they have a lot of old pokemon stock, they don't have a single pack from the 2 most recent sets. The staff says that's all they were sent to sell

The staff are super nice. The game prices are usually really good. The collectible can be a mixed bag depending on sales and etc. The prices they offer you for games are rarely worth it. Sometimes deals make it worth it.If you like games you'll like it.

I went in needing a xbox and the lady at the counter went above and beyond in helping me. She answered all of my silly questions and dint complaine once Bout it. She helped me find everything I needed and walked me though all of my options. I know its their job to be nice and helpful but they went above and beyond. Told me if anything was wrong with it to come back and speak to her. Helped me setup my rewards account so I could get discounts for games and equipment.

So, it can be hit or miss on my experience here. They are usually pretty well kept, but they are a small store. The usual staff I deal with don't really interact with customers unless you direct ask them a question. Very hit or miss on if what I want is in stock.

That being said, the last couple of times I have been here, it has been great. One female staff member was on top of everything. Greeted me when I got there, asked if I needed help, provided suggestions, everything. Absolutely made the experience amazing.

UPDATE
I usually end up dealing with the manager when I go now, not for any reason, she's just the one who happens to be there. She always makes sure I have a pleasant experience and answers all my questions.

Yeah its good my only complaint is that they seem to have little to no FNaF stuff but that really doesn't matter
