Galileo is a cool company that has a lot going for them! Not only are a lot of the employees extremely talented at what they do but they are friendly & willing to help resolve issues. This line of work is definitely not for everyone, as it is difficult work & can be very frustrating, and not everyone is interested in technology or finance. However, if you enjoy solving problems & working with a team that is constantly innovating then there's a good chance you will love it here. Now is a particularly exciting time at Galileo as prospective & current partners have never been more excited about the work going on here. Great place to work!

I would not recommend working for the customer service department. Clients are rude and you are expected to take it. When Clients ask for managers no one will take the call. I was also supposed to receive instructions on how to return equipment and no one ever reached out. Communication is terrible
